I realized yesterday that I never did a reveal of the full final artwork for HULL's recent album, "Beyond the Lightless Sky". I worked with HULL over a period of several months developing the concept for artwork to accompany the detailed saga they created as a basis for the album. What was originally intended to be a tri-fold ended up becoming a 24x36" drawing packed full of all kinds of Ancient Aliens/2012/Mayan mythos imagery.
The final CD packaging features parts of this illustration (plus album title lettering by guitarist Nick Palmirotto), but I thought it would be nice to see the original context that the final version was pulled from. Scans of the CD itself below!
